Damon Braden’s has more than 25 years’ experience in management of the complete development and construction process for a variety of project types throughout North America. His real estate career began after graduating from the University of Redlands, Redlands, CA, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Political Science.  He earned his Master of Business Administration in addition to his Bachelor’s degree.  Damon’s experience includes strategic planning, financial management, operations management, risk management, contract negotiations and human resource management.  His representative accomplishments include the following:  Consulting to the Navy on the Master Plan for the Gateway Redevelopment of the Navy Broadway site a three million square foot + $1.5 Billion Mixed Use Commercial and Public project; Masterplanning of the Ballpark Village Mixed Use Redevelopment in the Ballpark District of San Diego a three million square foot + $1.5 Billion Mixed Use Residential and Commercial project. Stadium Village Master Plan for Redevelopment of the Qualcomm Stadium site underwriting and financial modeling; Site assessment, acquisition, entitlement, financing, design and construction, marketing and sales for Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Residential Development projects; Managed an agency’s $35 million Capital Improvement construction program; Served as Principal for a $25 million regional engineering consulting firm; Managed $300M and $1B projects for a real estate development firm; Managed multiple projects of $30M to $1.5B for a home builder.

Mr. Braden has a demonstrated record of success consistently throughout his career in various aspects of real estate consulting.  His experience includes land sourcing, planning, entitlement permitting, construction, sale and marketing of project types from single family homes through high-rises. He has participated in professional and community organizations, contributing to the goals of each through leadership positions including Boards of Directors.
